Manufactured in accordance with GOST 9412. Gauze is available in rolls and cuts. Medical gauze cuts are supplied in branded polyethylene packaging, then packed in polypropylene bags.
Roll sizes: 1000 m x 84 cm; 1000 m x 90 cm.

2. Cotton gauze for medical use.
Manufactured in accordance with Ts 230891-13002 and EN 14079. Gauze strips for medical use are supplied in branded polyethylene packaging and then packed in polypropylene bags.
Gauze cut sizes: 1 m x 0.90 m; 2 m x 0.90 m; 3 m x 0.90 m; 5 m x 0.90 m; 10 m x 0.90 m.

3. Medical cotton gauze (bleached).
Manufactured in accordance with Ts 23089113-002 from 100% natural cotton fibres.
Gauze in rolls of 1000 m.

Manufactured in accordance with GOST 1172 from bleached medical gauze (GOST 9412). Packaged in polypropylene packaging.
Bandages are manufactured in the following sizes when unfolded: 5 m x 5 cm; 5 m x 7 cm; 5 m x 8.5 cm; 5 m x 10 cm; 7 m x 5 cm; 7 m x 7 cm; 7 m x 8.5 cm; 7 m x 10 cm; 7 m x 12 cm; 7 m x 14 cm.

Manufactured in accordance with GOST 1172 from bleached medical gauze (GOST 9412). Sterilised using steam. Sterile bandages are individually packaged in medical parchment and special BIOPP film.

3. Cotton medical gauze bandage (non-sterile).
Manufactured in accordance with Ts 23089113-003 from bleached cotton medical gauze Ts 23089113-002. The non-sterile bandage is packaged in polypropylene packaging.
Bandages are manufactured in the following sizes: 5 m x 8.5 cm; 5 m x 10 cm; 7 m x 8.5 cm; 7 m x 10 cm; 7 m x 12 cm; 7 m x 14 cm, 10 m x 16 cm.

4. Cotton medical gauze bandage (sterile).
Manufactured in accordance with Ts 23089113-003 from medical gauze bleached in accordance with Ts 23089113-002. Sterilised using steam. Sterile bandages are individually packaged in medical parchment and special BIOPP film.
Bandages are manufactured in the following sizes: 5 m x 7 cm; 5 m x 10 cm; 7 m x 12 cm; 7 m x 14 cm, 10 m x 16 cm.

5. Woven bandages.
Made from bleached carded cotton yarn with a nominal linear density of 20 tex. Woven bandages are manufactured in sterile and non-sterile forms. Bandages correspond to the sizes specified in the table.
Sizes of non-sterile woven bandages: 5 cm x 10 cm; 5 cm x 14 cm; 7 cm x 12 cm; 7 cm x 14 cm; 10 cm x 12 cm; 10 cm x 14 cm.
Dimensions of sterile woven bandages: 5 cm x 10 cm; 5 cm x 14 cm; 7 cm x 12 cm; 7 cm x 14 cm.

1. Double-layer medical gauze wipes (sterile).
Made from high-quality, high-density gauze in strict accordance with GOST 16427. Highly absorbent.
We offer sterile wipes in two sizes: 16 cm x 14 cm, with 10 wipes per pack and 400 packs per transport package (polypropylene bag); 45 cm x 29 cm, with 5 wipes per pack and 200 packs per transport package (polypropylene bag).

2. Medical gauze wipes.
Manufactured from medical gauze in accordance with GOST 9412, or from bleached cotton medical gauze in accordance with Ts 23089113-002, or, upon agreement with the customer, from medical gauze in accordance with other regulatory documentation. The wipes are available in sterile and non-sterile versions in accordance with Ts 23089113-004. The wipes are made from 100% cotton and are steam sterilised. The wipes are folded into 8, 16, 24 or 32 layers and then packaged.
Wipe sizes: 40 cm x 20 cm (packaged size 10 cm x 10 cm); 30 cm x 15 cm (packaged size 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm); 20 cm x 10 cm (packaged size 5 cm x 5 cm).

1. Bleached hygroscopic hygienic cotton wool (unpressed, fluffed) non-sterile.
Made from 100% natural cotton fibres in accordance with GOST 5556.
Available in 25/50/100/250 gram packs and individually packaged in a thick polyethylene bag.

2. Bleached hygroscopic hygienic (sterile) cotton wool.
Produced in 25g and 50g rolls, packaged in medical parchment. Steam sterilised.
Available in 25g and 50g rolls, in accordance with GOST 5556.

3. Bleached cotton hygroscopic products.
Intended for use as a semi-finished product for further processing into medical, cosmetic and sanitary-hygienic products. Bleached cotton hygroscopic products are manufactured in accordance with O'ZDSt 1216. Types of hygroscopic products manufactured by Baxtteks-Farm LLC:

1. Three-layer disposable medical mask made of non-woven fabric.The medical mask complies with the requirements of O'zDSt 3452:2020.
Components of the mask:

• -elastic headbands
• -flexible reinforced plastic strip

2. Disposable shoe covers and caps made of non-woven fabric.
Compliant with the requirements of ST RK 2686-2015. The following materials are used to manufacture shoe covers and caps:

• non-woven hypoallergenic fabric (Spanbond) from a local manufacturer in accordance with current regulatory documentation or imported in accordance with a certificate of conformity;
• elastic tape in accordance with current regulatory documentation or imported in accordance with a certificate of conformity.
• Shoe covers and caps are packaged in polyethylene film bags containing 20 to 100 items.

Cotton cellulose.
Manufactured in accordance with GOST 595-79 requirements from cotton lint. We can also manufacture products that are specially agreed upon and meet customer requirements.
